PROCEDURES


Business Policies 

1. A 15 minute grace period : If  we arrive to your home or business and you are not there a 15 minute grace period will be given. After that grace period is up your appointment will be cancelled, and residential properties will be charge $50 dollars and Commercial properties will be charged a $100.00 dollars.

2. All cancellations must be cancelled within 24hours before your service or you will be charged a $25 dollar cancellation fee.

3. We ask that any area receiving services be clear from people, children, and pets.

4. Any concerns must be reported within a 24 hour period of provided services and matters will be handled immediately. Failure to report any concerns in a timely matter will result in no resolution.


The Dirt Chaser, LLC ​does not use ladders, move plants blocking areas that need service or move items more than 30 pounds to protect us and our employees from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning. The Dirt Chaser, LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss.

The Dirt Chaser does NOT; 

  • handle china glassware. 

  • unpack deliveries/Amazon hauls.

  • Will NOT remove slip covers from sofas, chairs, etc.; nor wait for clean linen to dry, to place on bedding. 

The Dirt Chaser, LLC staff does not move to clean around or underneath animal cages or litter boxes, animal droppings, human feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing or other similar biohazards. 

For cleanings that have animals within the home: an additional (starting rate of) $75.00 deposit is required.

- Client MUST have working water and electricity from the address being serviced. Any and all services will be canceled till further notice if T.D.C. isn't being informed and deposit will be forfeited.



Trash removal as follows;

Residential - All trash will be removed from home and placed in the designated trash pick up area.

  • Best/preferred days for cleanings are before clients scheduled trash pickup!

  • If client wants trash removed off property; starting rate of 75.00 and up!

Why so much?

It's illegal to dump your trash just anywhere!


Dumpster needed?

  • client can reserve/book from local dumpster companies.

  • if client's aren't able to do so, but still needs a dumpster! An additional $250.00 fee is added and needs to be PAID IN FULL for delivery destination, time for dumpster and or for cleanings to start.

Payment Arrangement 
Payment is expected at time of service. A 50% deposit must be submitted A.S.A.P. to reserve the granted scheduled slot. While the remainder of the balance must be paid in full the day of (4 hours before) service takes place. We generally email invoices. A $50.00 (non-refundable) non-payment fee will apply if payment is not received 2 hours before its scheduled cleaning day. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made. You can submit payments directly though the invoice with credit or debit card,

you can leave a check (Business ONLY). 

* A $50.00 (non-response) late fee will be added after 2 days of a non-payment.

* A $25.00 travel fee will be added to bill if a staff member has to commute to render payment. 

Bad Check Policy
A $30 dollar fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash or money order only.

Rates subject to change
Cleaning rates are subject to change as the condition of your home changes. Additional services need to be requested in advance so we can schedule the additional time and supplies needed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise.

The Dirt Chaser, LLC reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.


Upon entering 
The Dirt Chaser, LLC prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, We are not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.
The Dirt Chaser, LLC agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential.  Locksmith fees are paid only if The Dirt Chaser, LLC misplaces the keys.

Sick
In the event that someone in your household is sick, please inform us as soon as possible and allow us to reschedule your service.  

Snow Days 
Residents are responsible for clearing of driveway and or walkway (during snowfall) for service to be implemented.

The Dirt Chaser, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If within 24 hours, you are not satisfied,

The Dirt Chaser, LLC will come back to your home and clean items at no additional charge.
